ABOUT US

We provide a thermal survey service to highlight problems such as: heat loss, damp (flood damage), good / poor insulation, the effectiveness of air-conditioning, leaks and many more applications in easily understandable thermal images like the ones below.

If damp is your concern we are also able to test the internal and surface moisture content of materials such as concrete, brick and stone using a Hygrometer ( calculating equilibrium relative humidity percentages ) that follows the guidelines given by British Standards, we are also able to calculate dew point temperatures (highlighting problems such as mildew and black mold). Making us the ideal company to assess flood damage.

We use Themography for other purposes besides insulation including: leaking flat roofs, finding the source of damp problems, underfloor heating, and air-leakage in buildings. We also offer to remedy any problems that may arise from any survey work carried out.

FLAT ROOFS
Thermal Imaging is growing into one of the most effective ways to check for damp in roofs, walls and floors. Many roofs that appear to be fine may well be damp just a few years after installation.
when a potential leak is identified the relevant repairs are done. Our engineer will then re-contact you to ensure the work has been carried out to the correct standards and that the roof will remain dry.

AIR LEAKAGE
An average home can waste up to 30% of their energy use because of air leaks.
 Just like on this door.
